3. MySQL und PHPMyAdmin über http://localhost/phpmyadmin/ aufrufen und eine neue MySQL-Datenbank anlegen.

Bei einer lokalen Installation kann problemlos eine Datenbank über den root ohne Passwort erstellt werden.
